ALL movies CAn be deleted.You can't do it by yourself if they:
-won a portal awards
-was added to a collection
-featured on a frontpage
If you want to delete that movie you have to contact Wade Fulp (wade@newgrounds.com) and he'll do it for you.

If it has a certain number of views or has been on the frnt page and some other thigns you can't delete them.
